Answer: Maybe. You are required to pay the $150 registration fee if you are not an LSAMP student, faculty, or staff member. Vendors also need to pay the registration fee.
Answer: No. You must make your own hotel reservations. There are special conference rates available on the list of hotels that can be found in the "Travel" section of the conference website.
Answer: No. Only previously registered individuals will be allowed to participate.
Answer: Only checks are accepted as forms of payment. All checks must be made payable to "UT System LSAMP".
Answer: Yes. On-site payment (checks only) will be available when you visit the registration table and a receipt will be provided to you.
Answer: No. The poster display boards cannot accommodate posters larger than 3'x4'.
Answer: All posters must be printed VERTICALLY. The display boards can only accommodate vertically printed posters.
Answer: Yes. Shuttles will run once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Morning pickup both days will be at the Doubletree Hotel. Afternoon pickup both days will be at UTEP and drop-off will be the Doubletree Hotel.
Answer: No. All posters must be printed independently prior to the exposition on September 8th.
